Sunday Lesson- 8/21/2011

Today we had the wonderful opportunity to hear from our Bishop in a special combined YM/YW 3rd hour. We were taught and counseled regarding the standards we have,, both moral and temporal. The Bishop took questions that we as the youth had, and answered them in a direct and honest way. We learned how to better dress, act, and carry ourselves in a way that is pleasing the to the Lord. We learned the types of friends we need to have, the type of activities we should participate in, and the way we make an impression on the world. We are truly children of divine inheritance and we all need to act as such. A big thanks to our wonderful Bishop and the time he took to prepare such an important and valuable lesson.
We look forward to seeing each of you this Wednesday night at 7 PM for a night of Personal Progress. Don't forget to bring your books and your appetite for fun!! See you all there...
